摘    要:为改变肉串手工穿串,采用机械串穿作业。本文介绍穿串机器工作台部分,旋转工作台可设置多组模具,采用槽轮机构进行工作台多工位的旋转运动及其间歇停顿控制,以实现模具组在不同方位工作。为穿串工艺的改进提供一种可行的方案。

Abstract:It introduces skewering process by machine instead of by hand.This article mainly introduces the worktable of skewer machine.Rotary worktable can install multiple group mould.Using sheave wheel mechanism for multistage motion and intermittent pause of the rotary worktable,the mould group can work in different directions.And it can provide workable program for the improvement of skewering workmanship.
