| 摘 要： | 随着网络游戏产业的兴起及不断发展,围绕着网络游戏虚拟财产产生了许多纠纷,造成了网络游戏运营商及大量网络游戏用户的损失。由于有关网络游戏虚拟财产的法律属性未明确规定,致使对网络游戏虚拟财产的法律保护处于真空状态。本文通过对网络游戏虚拟财产的法律属性的探究,认为网络游戏虚拟财产具有物的一般特性,可规定为特定的无体物,并建议制订相关的法律予以保护。
