| 摘 要： | 运用文献研究法与逻辑分析法,依据知识产权的有关法理及其保护机制,结合武术的内涵与发展规律,探寻武术知识产权保护的法律依据,认为武术作为我国民间文学艺术作品应当受到知识产权的保护,加强武术知识产权的保护势在必行。

| Abstract: | Using the method of document study and logic analysis,according to the relevant legal principles of the intellectual property right and mechanism of protecting,combining the intension and the development of Wushu,the author inquires after the legal basis of Wushu′s intellectual property protection.Wushu should receive the protection of the intellectual property right as the artistic work of folk literature of our country. |
