| Abstract: | Action research is not only an effective way of improving college English teachers' research capacity and facilitating their professional development, but a guarantee for the success of college English teaching reform. In order to be a good action researcher, college English teachers not only need to study teaching and researching theories, but also seek for cooperation with others and develop cooperative awareness. |
