| 摘 要： | 以人才为第一资源的21世纪,对人才素质及培养提出了更高更新的要求。高校人才培养应以“三个面向”为出发点和归宿,克服传统模式的弊端,与时俱进,开拓创新,实现人才培养工作目标、工作视野和工作观念的全面创新,建立起适应时代发展潮流的人才培养创新机制,走出一条21世纪高校人才培养创新之路。
