摘    要:企业提升竞争力,不仅凭靠其硬实力,更需凭靠其软实力。企业文化、知识科技力与员工素质等是企业软实力的主要构成要素,企业软实力具有其自身的特征,软实力与硬实力既相区别又相联系,企业软实力建设具有重大意义。

Abstract:The rise of corporation competition power relies not only on its hard power but also on its soft power. The soft power is composed of culture, knowledge and staff making. It has its characters itself. It is different from hard power but has relation to it. There are great meanings to construct soft power.
