摘    要:不同添加剂和激素配比对印楝愈伤组织生长及其印楝素生物合成有较大影响:蔗糖有利于细胞生长,葡萄糖有利于印楝素积累;肌醇对印楝愈伤组织生长和印楝素合成有促进作用;各种添加剂对印楝愈伤组织生长有促进作用,椰子乳对印楝素合成有利;综合考虑印楝愈伤组织生长,兼顾印楝素含量,较适宜的组合为2,4-D2.0+6-BA0.5

Abstract:The effects of different additions and hormors to the degeneration of Azadirachta indica A.Juss and its azadirachtin content in the callus were discussed in this paper.The results showed according to experiments:Sucrose (30 g/L) was fitted for callus growth,but glucose (30 g/L) for Azadirachtin accumulation;Inositol could obviously stimulate both growth rate and Azadirachtin synthesis of callus;Different organic supplements had nutrient regulation in callus culture,but the medium supplemented with coconut mild could only raise Azadirachtin content obviously;As we considered both fectors on the growth rate of callus and its azadirachtin content,the most suitable combintion of hormone should be 2,4 D 2.0 6 BA 0.5.
