优质和谐教学模式的理论分析

新课改提倡“三维教学目标”,认为教学质量包含“知识与技能,过程与方法,情感、态度、价值观”。而教学质量的决定因素是什么呢?优质和谐教学模式理论模型提出,教学质量高低的基本原理是：教师的专业综合素质包含教师的职业精神与专业素质的两大类,具体项目有敬业、爱生、专业学习、教学设计、教学能力、调整能力等;教师的专业综合素质决定教学的实施行为,包括组织教学、传授知识、指导学习等。教师的专业综合素质通过教学行为产生整体、混沌、共生的、积累的作用机制,聚焦成教学质量的现实。教师专业综合素质结构越全面和谐,其教学质量就越好,是一种正相关的关系。

As regards this question, the theory of teaching model of harmony and quality proposes the basic principle for assessing teaching quality: the overall performance of a teacher consists in two broad categories of work ethic and professional skills, which covers such a wide range of sub - categories as professionalism, love of students, studies in his or her specialized field, curricula design, teaching competence, the adaptability, so on and so forth. The overall performance of a teacher plays a decisive role in the actual execution of teaching activities, e. g. the organization of teaching, impartation of knowledge and academic guidance. The overall performance of a teacher gives rise to a holistic, symbiotic and accumulated mechanism by way of teaching activities, and finally focalizes into the realization of quality teaching. The more comprehensive and harmonious the structure of a teacher' s overall performance, the higher his or her teaching quality: the two exist in a dialectic relationship.
