超细白炭黑表面改性研究

摘    要:研究改性剂的种类、用量对白炭黑产品的粒度、白度、松容重、吸油率、比表面积、孔体积及颗粒形貌的影响.样品的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)照片表明,改性产品的原级颗粒仍为纳米级.

Abstract:According to the precipitati on trial,carried out in the filtrate of dissolving diatomite,the author obtained the best precipitation conditions and the silica product,in which primal particle is nano meter.This article mainly researches on the trial of modifying silica,and analyzes the effect of physicochemical properties of silicas,which includes the particle size,white degree,bulk density,oil absorbing capacity,specific surface area,pore volume and surface morphology of the products.Of course,this effect was brought by the kind,amount and adding time of the modifying agent.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) photos of some samples showed that the primal particles of the modifying products are still nano meter,and the modifying agents used in the preparing precipitated silica contributed to dispersing particles of silica.
