| 摘 要： | 音乐是一种特定属性的文化，学校音乐教育肩负发展音乐文化的任务，具有辅德益智和审美的功能。本文从音乐艺术教育发展的重要性、文化功用和在素质教育中的渗透等三个方面，就音乐文化发展的特点及其对音乐教育的影响阐释了自己的观点。
