| Abstract: | By relevant literature and issuing a questionnaire education-related data about Anhui province elite athletes with talent culture and was obtained and systematic analysis was conducted to identify the main reasons.Solutions were put forward,which was to strengthen psychological education and supervision of the reserve talents,to strengthen cultural studies,assessment of reserve personnel supervision,and to strengthen ideological work of the management and coaches. |
