| 摘 要： | 采用影片解析及运动生物力学等研究方法，指出用起跳时间、水平速度损失率两个指标评价起跳效果的不足，提出了蹬伸时间指数和水平速度转化率两个新的综合指标。并对这两个新指标的应用进行了分析。

| Abstract: | By film analysis and sports biomechanics, the paper points out that it is not sufficient to assess the result of take off by using the two indices of the take-off time and the loss rate of horizontal speed, and provides two new composite indices: the time index of driving and stretching and the transformation rate of horizontal speed. At the same time, the application of the new indices is discussed. |
