城市饮食业油烟污染防治的立法研究

城市饮食业油烟污染严重影响了居民的身心健康。就目前而言，我国城市饮食业油烟污染防治的立法还很不完善：全国统一的立法不具体、不具有操作性，而各地方的立法彼此间存在较大差异，较多地区的居民找不到维护自己权益的法律、法规依据。我国应尽快完善城市饮食业油烟污染防治的立法。
