| 摘 要： | 合同解释是一项实实在在的实践活动,其操作离不开解释方法的指引。我国《合同法》规定了五种解释方法——文义解释、整体解释、目的解释、习惯解释和诚信解释。离开具体案例谈论解释方法必将华而不实。对解释方法的阐释必须以对具体案例的分析为基础。

| Abstract: | Contract interpretation is an operative work. To do this work, some methods are needed. The Contract Law of our country has prescribed five methods; semantic interpretation, systematic interpretation, interpretation according to the intention of contractors, interpretation according to the usage of trade and interpretation according to the principle of good faith. However, any speech on the topic must base on the a-nalysis of cases. |
