试论考试与人的发展

考试作为一种测度和甄别人的身心素质个别差异的社会活动,产生于人类自身生存发展的客观需要,并且因其职责功用特殊,与人的发展之间存在着客观的联系,对人的发展起着督导、激励、调节等作用,从而成为促进人的发展的重要手段。因此,我们必须科学地利用考试来实现人的发展。

Study on Testing and Man's Development

As a social activity that measure and discriminates physical and psychological quality of individual person, testing born from human-self's objective demand of survival and developing, and for it's special duty and function, it has objective connection with man's development, has supervision, incentive, regulation effect on man's development, then it becomes an important method that promoting man' development, so we should use testing to promote man 'developing with scientific utilization.
