我校中职学生学习困难的成因分析及思考

摘    要:从中职生课堂学习的种种表现,其难教难管的根源在于缺乏对生命内涵的正确了解,进而影响了他们的道德素养的培养和心智成长。如果只考虑到学生文化基础差的问题,便走培养学生一技之长,以就业为目的办学思路,于是出现轻基础、轻德育、重专业、抓动手的现象,这不但不能让学生够集中精力将专业学得更扎实,将技能练得更过硬,反而会引发学生的道德素质和身心健康的缺陷,给学校的管理带来诸多麻烦。

Abstract:The learning difficulty of students in Secondary Vocational School appearing in classroom teaching lies in the lack of the correct understanding of the meaning of life,which affects the development of their moral accomplishments and minds.On considering their poor cultural basis,the aim of making them to acquire a professional skill and to be employed leads to less attention to basic courses and moral education and more stress on specialty and hands-on ability,which fails to let the students learn more professional skill and knowledge and causes the defects of the moral quality and physical and mental health of the students and more trouble to the school management.
