| 摘 要： | 曾经一度辉煌的辽宁省经济在市场经济条件下却一再下降，在全国经济总量中的排名位次由第4名下降到第8名。从所有制结构角度来看，根源在于非国有经济发展严重滞后，在整个所有制结构中所占比例过低。走出这一困境的出路在于深化改革和创新，实施结构创新、环境创新、路径创新等一系列非国有经济发展创新战略，大力发展非国有经济，力争在数年内达到市场经济原则所要求的所有制结构合理目标。 |
