| 摘 要： | 独立学院会计实验教学具有十分重要的地位和作用。文章在分析独立学院会计实验教学体系建设存在问题的基础上，从明确实验教学目标，加强实验室建设和管理，优化实验教学内容，提高实验教师素质，加强实验教材建设，综合运用实验教学方法和手段等方面，探讨了完善独立学院会计实验教学体系的措施。

| Abstract: | The accounting experimental teaching system of independent college plays a very important role. Basing on the analysis of problems existed in the establishment of accounting experimental teaching system of independent college, the essay discusses the measures of perfecting independent college accounting experimental teaching system, from the aspects of clearing the experimental teaching goal, strengthening the laboratory construction and management, optimizing experiment teaching contents, improving the quality of experimental teachers, perfecting the preparation of experimental teaching materials and comprehensively using the experimental teaching methods and means, etc. |
