| 摘 要： | 目前中国大学生存在的心理问题呈增多趋势,众多诱因导致大学生成为心理弱势群体。大学生心理健康不仅关系到大学生个人的成长,而且对整个社会未来的发展都有着至关重要的影响。因此,重视和研究大学生的心理状态,引导大学生排解心理障碍、培养健康心理素质,是高校的重要任务。
