摘    要:企业间的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争。如何识别、选拔、使用、培育、留住人才是每个企业必须面对的现实问题,也是人力资源管理的重点所在。可以这么说,人力资源管理对组织的生存和发展至关重要。作为先进管理理论发源地的跨国公司,其人力资源管理体系比较完善、成熟,其管理模式对我国企业人力资源管理的运作具有一定的借鉴和启示作用。

Abstract:The competition among enterprises is talents' competition after all,And it is the reality problem that each enterprise must face how to discern,choose,use,foster,retain staff,and these are the key of manpower resources management exactly.It can be said that manpower resources management is a key to the existence and development and essential organizing.As the trans-corporation of the advanced management theory birthplace its human resources management system should be perfected relatively. The manpower resources management mode of the trans-corporation in China is certain reference and enlightenment function on the manpower resources management of enterprises of our country.
