| 摘 要： | 如何办好社区的高等职业技术教育，培养大批熟练的技术人才；如何提高办学效益，使有限的教育经费发挥更大的作用；如何进行国际间的教育交流，提高教育质量。这就是本要阐述的问题；从考察中得到思考，从思索中获得理念，从理念的体现中提高培养人才的质量，将成为我们的目的。

| Abstract: | The paper provides a thorough discussion on the following aspects:(1)How to properly carry out higher vocational education & train large numbers of skilled workers;(2)Enhancing the education efficiency so as that the limited education funds can be put into better use; (3)Recommendation on promoting international education exchange and improving education quality. The author gains a good deal of enlightenment from the visit and investigation of Humber College, Canada. The author holds that the objectives are to improve the quality of cultivating talents. It should be based on the rational thought obtained from the enlightenment. |
