| Abstract: | The one-hand shoot over the shoulder is the most essential of shooting skills and it is widely used in basketball games.It is generally considered to be one of the main content of this course by the teachers in universities and colleges of Ph.E.Department,It has been proved that it is possible to help students grasp this skill quickly within comparatively limited time in class (class time)by practicing these certain techniques over and over again. |
