| Abstract: | The government of Kezilesu Kerkezi Autonomous Prefecture has launched the project of Educational Poverty Alleviation in order to improve the bilingual educational environment in this area.This paper intends to describe the effects of the project on promoting the scale and scope of the bilingual teaching in this area. |
