摘    要:山梨酸是国际粮农组织和卫生组织推荐的高效安全的防腐保鲜剂,广泛应用于食品、饮料、烟草、农药、化妆品等行业。研究了提取休闲食品、调味品中的山梨酸,并通过吸收光谱曲线法确定山梨酸的水溶液的最大吸收波长为255nm,进而通过工作曲线法快速测定休闲食品、调味品中的山梨酸的含量。本方法与常规方法比较,具有快速、准确、简便、试剂易得等优点。方法的RSD为0.51%~1.6%,回收率为96%~98%。
