| Abstract: | Case teaching is one of the effective ways in the law foundational teaching.Teachers should consider all elements which may affect the teaching efficient when using the way.The paper discusses some elements on the law foundational teaching:what's the law foundational teaching;the necessity of the foundational teaching;obeying principles in the foundational teaching;undertaking initiatives in the foundational teaching;avoiding mistakes on using the foundational teaching. |
