| 摘 要： | 新疆少数民族地区多元文化背景下,"民族意识"的专一性和"宗教意识"的排他性是影响区域稳定的重要因素。培育和增强新疆各族群众的公民意识,并以"公民意识"统摄民族宗教意识,对于提高和强化新疆各族群众的国家认同意识,正确定位个人、民族、国家之间的关系,夯实中国共产党在西北边疆少数民族地区的执政基础意义重大。

| Abstract: | At the backdrop of diversified cultures in Xinjiang inhabited by ethnic minorities,single-minded "ethnic-minority sense and repulsion of "religious sense" are an important factor affecting the regional stability.Cultivation and enhancement of citizens among Xinjiang peoples with "citizen sense"over ethnic religious sense bear great significance upon the improvement and enhancement of national identity sense among Xinjiang peoples,proper definition of relationship between individuals,ethnic groups and state and consolidation of the base for the government of Communist Party of China over ethnic-minority region in northwest frontier. |
