阿富汗矿产资源开发:历史、现状及前景

阿富汗矿产资源丰富,开发潜力巨大。由于工业基础薄弱、战乱不止等原因,阿富汗矿产的勘探和开发一直步履维艰。苏联曾在阿富汗展开了大规模的地质勘探,掌握了大量一手资料。美国在阿富汗进行反恐战争后,又在苏联前期工作的基础上进行了物探等作业,并对阿富汗矿产资源作了经济评估,以期帮助阿富汗政府争取国际合作,通过矿产开发推动经济发展。总体来说,在阿富汗进行大规模矿产开发还需做进一步的地质勘探工作,而安全保障是必要的前提。对阿富汗的矿产开发应该持积极而慎重的态度。

Mineral Resource Development in Afghanistan: Past, Present and Future

Afghanistan is rich in mineral resource and huge in potential for development.As a result of weak industrial base and incessant war fares,the mineral-resource exploitation has been sluggish.The former Soviet Union,which carried out a large-scale geo-survey,get a command of much data.After the United States launched anti-terrorism war,made a geo-survey on the basis of geo-data obtained by the Former Soviet Union and economic assessment of mineral resource in Afghanistan in an attempt to help Afghanistan government win for international cooperation and boost economic development through mineral-resource exploitation while safety is essential precondition.We should take positive and cautious attitude toward the mineral-resource exploitation in Afghanistan.
