| 摘 要： | 司法认识是一种历史性认识,但它又与一般的历史性认识不同,在本质上有其特殊性。因此,在把握其特殊性的同时,对其内部结构即主体、客体、行为以及它们之间的相互关系,进行初步分析与研究,不仅是一种有益的探索,而且在理论和实践上都有其内在的价值。

| Abstract: | The judicial recognition is one of the historical recognitions,but it is different with the common historical recognition.It is particularity in the essence.Therefore,it is not only a useful research,but also has its inner value in theory and practice to grasp the particularity of the judicial recognition and to analyze its inside relationships among the subject,object and behavior. |
