以南浔图书馆为例谈培养图书馆地方文化风格

南浔图书馆建立在一个经济发展，信息技术腾飞，全国掀起文化大潮的时代，虽然仅有三年的建馆历史，但是凭借国家对文化事业的政策支持，并有当地浓厚的文化底蕴和雄厚的经济条件做后盾，它必能克服经验不足、人员紧缺以及自身设置不合理等各方面的困难和不足，从合理的文化定位，别具一格的馆舍布置，深化地方文献收藏工作，建立特色产业书库，培养具有地方文化特色的服务风格等方面着手各个击破，坚持“情系嘉业情缘、诚建百姓书房”的理念，最终实现“五色”图书馆的文化构想。

Discussion on How to Cultivate Local Cultural Style Taking Nanxun Library as an Example

Nanxun Library was built in the age of economic development, information tech nology development, and national cultural prosperity. It has only three years of history, but supported by national policy of cultural undertakings, together with the local rich cultural heritage and strong economic condition, it will be able to overcome the difficulties and problems such as the lack of experience, the shortage of personnel and unreasonable setting. We can make efforts from reasonable cultural positioning, distinctive library layout, deepening local literature collection work, establishing book stacks for characteristic industries, and cultivating service styles with local cultural characteristics, and we should also adhere to the idea of serving our hometown and ordinary people, thus ultimately realizing the cultural conception of establishing a library with＂five characteristics＂.
