| Abstract: | There will inevitably be various abnormal conditions in the operation of high-speed rails. Based on analyzing the characteristics of abnormal conditions and the present treatment procedures of abnormal conditions, this paper pointed out the problems existing in the present treatment, and proposed the suggestions of establishing an information inquiry and exchange platform and a scientific and perfect emergency plan. |
