| 摘 要： | 美国管理学家科曼提出的领导生命周期理论是领导行为方式理论的一个重视管理对象的权变理论,将该理论与高等学校学生思想政治教育和学生管理工作嫁接,对创新思想政治教育方法,增强学生管理工作实效,具有十分重要的借鉴意义.
