| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立，学校德育工作面临新的挑战和自求发展的新机遇，本文从德育体系，德育内容和德育方法，途径等方面提出，学校德育工作必须充分认识以客观环境的多维性影响和主体个性化发展的要求，注重开放性，体现时代性，紧伴时代的脚步，适应社会主义市场经济发展对人才培养的新要求。
