| 摘 要： | 对全国31个省市理工类院校和北京地区22所理工类高校实验教师队伍的现状调查发现,实验教师队伍发展的现状不容乐观,主要表现为传统的实验教学思路和观念的偏差,实验教师队伍建设政策的缺失,对实验教师队伍建设缺乏规划。实验教师队伍建设发展对策应着重于以下几方面:制定高校实验室教师发展的策略,合理构建实验教师队伍;健全体制、优化实验教师发展平台,建立完善的政策环境、新型实验教学体系、规范高效的运行机制以及科学的考评机制。

| Abstract: | The discovery of a current survey of lab teacher teams in 31 provinces or cities’ science and engineering universities and 22 science and engineering universities in Beijing is not optimistic about the present state of the lab teacher team development. The problems are represented in the discrepancy of the traditional thought of lab teaching and the lack of lab teacher team building layout. It is proposed that the lab teacher team building strategies should focus on formulating the university lab teacher development strategy,constructing the lab teacher team reasonably,improving system,optimizing development platform of the lab teachers. Meanwhile,the universities should build perfect policy environment,new lab teaching system,effective running mechanism and scientific evaluation system. |
