试析邓小平执政党的执政方式观

邓小平作为中国改革开放的总设计师 ,其建设有中国特色的社会主义理论不仅是指导我国改革开放的指南 ,在推进党的执政方式的改革 ,加强和完善党的领导方面 ,其执政党的执政方式观也是我党的理论基础。这些观点主要是执政方式应因时因势进行改革的改革观、党与非党组织各司其职的分权观、“依法治党”和依法执政的民主政治论、以群众利益为依归的价值观。

Analysis of Deng Xiaoping's Philosophy of the Administrative Approaches of the Party in Power

As the general designer of China's opening-up and reform, Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is not only the guide of China's opening-up and reform. And it is also the bases of our Communist Party of China (CPC) in the aspects of pushing forewords our party's reform on the administrative approaches, of strengthening and improving the leadership of our party. The reform philosophy that the administrative approaches should be reformed with the different time and different situation; the power-dispersing philosophy that the organizations inner or outer CPC should take its own responsibility; the value in accordance with masses' interests; the democratic politics that the administration and the party should be governed by law, all these are the main points of this theory.
