论教育制度认同

从本质上讲,教育制度是规范和调节人的教育行为与关系的规则。教育制度的根本问题是人们对教育制度的认同、遵守问题,没有人认同、遵守或大多数人都有意违反的教育制度就是无效的教育制度。要获得人们对教育制度的认同、遵守,教育制度必须符合以下条件:准确反映特定社会的权力结构;真实反映各种现实利益关系及其变化趋势;充分反映人们共同的价值观;取得文化上的正当性;符合基本的逻辑规则。

Talking About Education System Approval

Speaking from the essence, the education system is the rule to standardize and regulate people's education behavior and the relations. The basic question of the education system is people's approval of or observing education system. The education system which nobody approves, observes or most people intended to violate is an invalid education system. The education system must accord with the following terms to win people's approval or observing: to accurately reflect the right structure of the specific society; to truly reflect various kinds of realistic interests relations and its changing tendencies; to fully reflect people's common values; to gain the justness of the culture; to accord with the basic logic rules.
