中国联通3G国际漫游业务营销策略分析

摘    要:自2009年1月,中国政府发放3G牌照以来,中国电信市场移动业务三足鼎立的局面就已经开始。中国联通作为唯一取得WCDMA牌照的中国业务运营商,如何发挥自己的企业核心竞争力,扭转在国际漫游市场的劣势,如何调整3G国际漫游市场营销策略是关键。本文对中国移动通信市场的现状和中国3G移动市场的现状进行了介绍,分析了中国联通3G国际漫游业务的优势,以及对中国联通未来3G国际漫游业务发展的营销策略作了阐述,对中国联通未来3G国际漫游营销策略有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:Since the Chinese government issued 3G license in January 2009,the status of three-way struggle for hegemony trigonal Mobile operators market has started.As the only full scale operators in China who got the WCDMA license,it is the key point for China Unicom to gain the new position and overcome the other two operators.How to enhance the Core Competence of the Corporation of China Unicom,to improve the current marketing strategy of 3G International roaming is one of the most important way.The staudy is based on the current status of China Mobile Market and 3G market,make deep analysis on the advance of 3G international roaming of China Unicom,and make further statement on the update marketing strategy and advice of 3G international roaming business,which has some reference value for the future development of 3G international roaming business.
