辅导员专业化发展视域下的高职院校素质教育探究

随着素质教育改革的不断深入,要求在高职院校开展教育的过程中,不但要培养学生的专业技能,也要注重对学生的素质教育。对学生进行素质教育,不仅是高职人才培养的要求,也是学生日后立足于社会的根本,但是由于每个学生所生活的环境不同等等原因,学生的素质也存在着差异,所以对学生进行素质教育尤为重要。而辅导员作为学生的引导者,在其中占有重要作用。针对高职院校学生的素质现状及成因进行分析,从辅导员专业发展视域下的高职院校素质教育应该坚持的原则、开展素质教育的前提和策略等方面对高职院校素质教育进行详细探究。

Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Counselors Professional Development

With the deepening of quality-oriented education reform,we should not only cultivate students professional skills,but also pay attention to students quality-oriented education.This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of students quality in higher vocational colleges,this paper probes into the quality education of higher vocational colleges from the following aspects:the principle that the liberal education of higher vocational colleges should adhere to,the premise of developing quality education in the field of professional development of counselors,and the developing strategy of liberal education in the field of professional development of counselors.
