| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the students in vocational school in the new times, the headteacher should strive to use the art in administrating a class, that is, teach the students in accordance with their aptitude; attend to the construction of study atmosphere; strengthen the professional guidance; improve the headteacher's own quality and competence and establish the headteacher's prestige; attach importance to the cultivation of the student leaders of the class; improve the less advanced students'quality profoundly and thoroughly; renew the concept of teaching and keep pace with the times. |
