新时期高校信访工作的问题与思考

高校信访工作具有师生维权意识较强、信访人群“成熟度”较高、热点发生周期性强、涉及问题与学校发展阶段的相关性强等特点。从高校信访管理体制机制、依法治校水平、机关作风以及信访效能的发挥等方面认识和改进信访工作，要创新体制机制方法、加强信访信息采集、注重源头治理，要把握的“四个强化”，以期不断增强高校信访工作的针对性和有效性。
