| 摘 要： | 由于政策、法律、舆论和从业人员素质等方面的影响，我国地方性金融机构存在着诸多问题。但是，目前发展地方性金融机构也有许多有利因素，如理论障碍已清除、民营经济发展需要地方性金融机构的配合、地方性金融机构更适合广大农村实际等。因此，我们应克服求大求全的办行思想，打开思路，采取措施，大力建立和完善区域性、地方性金融机构。

| Abstract: | Owing to the defect in polioy and law as well as the limitation of personnel's quality, there lies lots of problems in our local financial organization. On the other hand, advantageous factors such as breakthrough of theoretical barier, development of civil economy and local financial organization appears too. Therefore, we should change our thinking way and make measures to construct and perfect local financial organization. |
