| 摘 要： | 情势变更原则是国际商事交易中解决因经济环境异常变动所造成的合同履行困难的一项法律制度。我国《合同法》并未明确规定，但情势变更原则与现行法律所规定和倡导的诚实信用原则一脉相承，情势变更原则立法已成为完善我国《合同法》的一项重要内容。

| Abstract: | As the legal system to deal with the trouble of performing contract being led by economic circumstances changed in the international business and exchanging, the principle of changed circumstances is unanimous with the principle of trust and credit that is advocated by modem law and system, but it is not still prescribed in the contract law of China .So it is an important task to promote making law of the principle of changed circumstances in the contract law improvement of China. |
