| 摘 要： | 通过在排球选项课中开展俱乐部联赛的教学实验丰富了教学内容，促进了课外排球运动的开展。提高了大学生参与排球运动的兴趣，对发展和提高大学生的综合素质起到了积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | The club contest in the optiona1 volleyball class contributes to the colorfulness of teaching contents and the perform-ance of extra-curricular volleyball activities. Through the combination of optional volley class teaching and extra-curricular clubcontests, students' interests have been greatly aroused, which, in turn, will play a positive role in the improvement ofstudents' comprehensive ability. |
