| Abstract: | During the period of our state's planned economy, the average of income was the justice trend-which was realized by the nationalization of social resources, magnification of functions and powers of the state, ethic of economy and revolutionization of ideas. This justice trend and its appropriate steps had some historical rationalization and justice. |
