| 摘 要： | 新的历史时期，我国农村出现了贫富差距扩大的现象，农村弱势群体问题凸现出来，我们必须准确界定农村弱势群体，正视这一群体的现状，采取积极有效的政策和措施，调动其内在的积极性和主动性，以加快社会主义和谐社会的发展。
