| 摘 要： | 职业教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分。但在现阶段,职业教育体系还不完善,自身存在许多问题。通过研究自组织理论,分析职业教育过程中存在的主要问题,并提出具体的建议,以期为我国职业教育的改革与发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | As an important part of the educational cause in our country.However,at the present period,because of the imperfect system of the vocational education,it has lots of problems.Starting from the Self-Organization Theory point of view,this article analyses the problems with the developing process of vocational education,and puts forward some specific suggestions in order to provide some experience to our vacational education. |
