摘    要:本文通过对成人教育的重新界定和成人教育产生、发展过程的分析,旨在揭示其发展的一般规律。就成人教育的定义而言,学界多有讨论和争议,这正说明了对成人教育本身的认识活动正在深化;成人教育的产生和发展,与社会政治、经济的是一个相互影响和作用的双向过程;成人教育的韧带发展主要来自新技术革命、个性发展、社会生活方式和经济结构变化四个方面的动因,二十一世纪将是成人教育向着社会化,多元化、开发化的新纪元

Abstract:Through the re-definition of adult education and the analysis of the formation and developing process of adult education,this article reveals the general developing pattern of adult education.As far as the difination of adult education concerned,experts discussed it too much,this just suggests that the comprehension toward adult education is being deepened.The adult education came into being and developed while the social politics and economy developed,the influenced each other and formed a bilateral process.The rapiddevelopment of adult education is mainly due to four forceful aspects.The 21st century is bound to be the era that education will develop more comprehensively and openly.
