A Study on the Determination of the Cost of Personal Tuition in Regular Institutions of Higher Education

The problem of how to determine the higher education tuition scientifically and rationally has long been discussed by the public and the academic circles.This paper,starting with the necessity of determining the cost of personal tuition,discusses the principal of determining the cost of personal tuition,identifies the objects and scale of classification and summarization of personal tuition,and studies the measurement of the cost of personal tuition in regular institutions of higher education empirically by applying the method of multifactor analysis.
