| 摘 要： | 从理论上初步构造一个BPR逻辑拓展的框架模型，阐述了从价值链至集成供应链直至虚拟价值网构建的模式拓展过程，建设性地提出虚拟价值网是由信息流、知识流和价值e流“密炼”的动态柔性网络，并对流程网络作了探讨性描述。
