欠发达地区基层电大参与开放大学建设的战略思考——以安庆电大为例

以安庆电大为例,在SWOT分析的基础上,对经济欠发达地区基层电大参与当地开放大学创建应采取的战略予以探讨。在创建过程中,基层电大要抢抓机遇,顺势而上,跻身主流;用好政策,争取支持,改善办学条件;依靠系统优势,打造当地现代远程终身教育平台,为自身的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。

The Strategic Thought on TVU Branches Participation in Local Open University Construction in Less-developed Areas -Taking Anqing TV University as An Example

Taking Anqing Radio and TV University as the example, based on the SWOT analysis, the paper discusses the strategies that the grass-root TV Universities in less-developed areas should take when theyparticipate in the local Open University construction. During the construction, the TVU branches should seize the opportunity to edge their way into the main stream. They should use the policy to ask for support toimprove the school condition. What＇s more, depending on the system strength, they should set up the platform of local modern distance lifelong education and lay the firm foundation for their sustainable develop-ment.
