摘    要:优质的有效教学是以现代教育理论和新课程理念为导向,以目标卓越、过程优化、效果优质为价值追求,通过优化教学系统中的各种要素,形成优教优学的“互动”模式,旨在适度负担的前提下促进教学质量的大面积提高,并使学生学习潜能得到充分开发,素质得到多元化、个性化的可持续发展。

Abstract:Quality and effective teaching must be based on the modern educational theory and the concepts of the New Curriculum, and pursue the clear targets, optimal process and excellent quality. Combining all the elements in the optimal teaching system, the interactive model of quality teaching and learning is real- ized to ease the students learning burden and greatly enhance the teaching quality, thus the students~ learning potentials can be tapped, their qualities diversified and the sustainable development individualized.
